摘要
目的探讨高透氧性硬性角膜接触镜(rigid gaspermeable contact lens,RGPCL)治疗屈光参差性弱视的疗效。方法将诊断为屈光参差性弱视并已进行了半年以上正规弱视治疗无效的83例患者分为两组,A组43例配戴高透氧性硬性角膜接触镜,B组(对照组)40例继续配戴框架眼镜,戴镜后两组同时进行正规弱视综合治疗,对比观察两组3个月6、个月后的疗效。结果3个月后,RGPCL组有33例裸眼和矫正视力均有不同程度的提高,有效率达76.74%,平均视力提高2.01行;对照组6例矫正视力提高,有效率达15.00%,两组疗效差异具显著性(χ2=31.72,P<0.01)。6个月后,RGPCL组有40例裸眼和矫正视力均有不同程度的提高,有效率达93.02%,平均视力提高2.35行;对照组8例矫正视力提高,有效率达20.00%,两组疗效差异具显著性(χ2=45.31,P<0.01)。RGPCL组全部患者均能满意接受配戴,未发现角膜上皮损伤、结膜明显充血、分泌物增多及眼磨痛、痒、异物感等不适。在配戴过程中未出现眼镜护理方面问题。结论高透氧性硬性角膜接触镜通过提供优秀的像质、屈光全矫,能最大限度地减少屈光不正、调节不足等因素对视功能发育的影响,治疗屈光参差性弱视安全、有效,与框架眼镜、软性角膜接触镜、准分子激光角膜磨镶术相比具有独特优势。
Objective To evaluate the effectivezass af using the rigid gas permeable lens (RGP) to cure. anisometopic amblyopia. Methods Eightythree patients with anisometropic amblyopia were. divided into two groups. The patients had been treated with amblyopiatrics for more than half a year without improveraent. Group A (43 patients) wore RGP lenese and group B (40 patients) wore eyeglass frames and received amblyopia therapy with a patch, etc. The. effects of the treatment methods were then compared. Results After 3 months, both pinhole vision and corrected vision in 33 patients from group A had improved (with an effective rate of 76.74%), while corrected vi4on was enhanced in only 6 patients in group B (with an effective rate of 15% ). Results differed significantly between the two groups ( X^2 = 31.72 , P 〈 0.01). After 6 months, both pinhole vi4on and corrected vision for 10 patients in group A had improved with an effective rate 93.02%, while corrected vision was enhanced for only 8 patients in group B with an effective rate of 20%. Results differed significantly between the two groups (X^2=45.31, P 〈 0.01). In group A, no conditions such as comeal abrtrsion or conjunctival congestion occurred, and there were none of the problems that occur with spectacle lenses treatment. Ooncluslon Compared to frame mounted spectacles.soft contact lenses and LASIK, using RGP is a safe and effective way to cure anisometropic amblyopia.
