运用流式细胞计测定急性前部葡萄膜炎患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群

Using flowcyctometry to primarily analyze subtypes of T lymphocyte subsets in the vein blood of patients with acute anterior uveitis

目的探讨急性前部葡萄膜炎的发病机制。方法运用流式细胞计检测了28名急性前部葡萄膜炎患者(28只眼)外周血中CD3+,CD4+和CD8+淋巴细胞的水平,并与正常对照值进行了比较。结果28名急性前部葡萄膜炎患者外周血中CD3+淋巴细胞平均值为68.32%,CD4+细胞的平均值为34.19%,CD4+/CD8+的平均值为1.68,其含量与对照组相比差异无显著性;而CD8+细胞的平均值为20.37%,其含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论急性前部葡萄膜炎患者体内免疫系统的平衡受到损害。

Objective To investigate the mechanism of pathogenesis of acute anterior uveitis. Methods CD3^＋ , CD4^＋ and CD8^＋ T lymphocytes in vein blood of 28 patients （28 eyes） with acute anterior uveitis were measured by flowcyctometry （FCM）, and were compared with thee in the normal control group. Results In vein blood of 28 patients （28 eyes） with acute anterior uveitis, the average levd of CD3^＋,CD4^＋, and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ T lymphocyteswere 68.32%,34.19%, and 1.68 respectively. Compared with the normal control, there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05） ; except that the average level of CD8^＋ T lymphocytes was 20.37 %, and there was significantly different betweea them（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Balance of the immunity system in patients with acute, anterior uveitis was disturbed.
