羊膜移植对兔角膜碱烧伤后局部白介素-6分泌的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察羊膜移植对兔角膜碱烧伤后泪液中白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)分泌的影响。方法制作30只新西兰白兔角膜碱烧伤模型,分为羊膜移植组(20只)与对照组(10只)。术后3周内每3日1次分别检测两组兔泪液中IL-6的含量。结果①烧伤后24 h内,两组兔泪液中IL-6的水平相似。②此后羊膜移植组泪液中IL-6水平略有升高,1周后开始降低,第21天时基本测不出;而对照组持续升高,第21天时仍保持较高的水平。结论羊膜移植可有效抑制局部炎症细胞IL-6的释放,在角膜碱烧伤后的抗炎治疗方面具有重要的临床意义。 Objective To observe the effects of amniotic membrane tramplantation on the contents of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in tear after corneal alkali burn. Methods Corneal alkali burn models of 30 New Zealand white rabbits were made. The rabbits were divided into amniotic membrane transplantation group (AMTg) and contral group (Cg). The IL-6 levels in tear d two groups were deetrmined after operation at intervals of 3 days. Results ①The tear levels of IL-6 in two groups were. similar before amniotic membrane transplantation; ② In 20 cases of AMTg, the tear levels of IL-6 raised slightly postoperation, dropped on 7th day posttoperation, and returmed to normal on the. 21th day postoperation, while in 10 cases of Cg, IL-6 incrreaes significantly after alkali burn and still kept a higher level on the 21th day postoperation. Conclusion Arnrfiotic membrane trasplantation restrains the release of IL-6 for local white cells and has obvious anti-inflananatory effects in the treatment of coraeal alkali burnn.
