摘要
目的检测眼球缺血综合征(ocular ischemic syndrome,OIS)患者眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉收缩期血流速峰值(peak systolic velocity,PSV),了解其眼部血供特点。方法应用彩色多谱勒超声成像技术对比分析OIS患者组(n=18)和正常对照组(n=12)眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉PSV值的改变。结果OIS患者患侧眼动脉PSV为(24.36±5.80)cm/s,对侧为(30.74±11.00)cm/s,正常对照组为(29.59±4.15)cm/s,患侧眼动脉PSV明显降低(P<0.05);OIS患者患侧视网膜中央动脉PSV为(6.83±2.22)cm/s,对侧为(10.84±1.00)cm/s,正常对照组为(11.28±2.42)cm/s,患侧视网膜中央动脉PSV明显降低(P<0.05)。结论眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉PSV降低是OIS发病的重要机制,彩色多谱勒超声成像技术对于定量评价眼球缺血综合征眼部主要血管的血流动力学改变有重要意义。
Objective To measure the peak systolic velocity(PSV) in the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery,for the feature of ocular hemodynamic and the change of hemodynamic in ocularischemic syndrome (OIS). Methods The patients of study group(n =18) and normal control group (n = 12) underwent color Doppler imaging for the measurement of PSV in ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery. The results were compared in order to study the mechanism on ocular ischemia. Results PSV in ipsilateral ophthalmic artery was (24.36 + 5.80) cm/s. The values were reduced as compared with those of other side and normal group [(30.74±11.00) cm/sand (29.59±4.15) cm/s](P〈0.05). PSV in ipsilateral central retinal artery was (6.83±2.22) cm/s. The values were reduced as compared with those of other side and normal group [(10.84±1.00) cm/s and (11.28±2.42) cm/s]( P 〈0.05). Conclusion OIS was resulted from the perfusion deficiency of central retinal artery due to the reduction of PSV in the ophthalmic artery and the retinal central artery. Color Doppler imaging has value in quantitating hemodynamic characteristics of the retrobulbar major vessels in OIS.
