老年原发性高血压患者血压昼夜节律与动脉弹性

摘要 目的观察老年高血压患者血压的昼夜节律性与大动脉弹性的关系。方法根据日间及夜间血压下降幅度将124例年龄≥70岁的高血压病患者分为非杓型组和杓型组,应用24 h动态血压监测仪和动脉功能测定仪观察并比较不同血压昼夜节律类型、动态血压节律以及动脉弹性功能的特点。结果非杓型组夜间血压下降幅度明显低于杓型组;非杓型组患者动脉弹性指数C1和C2均较杓型组降低。结论非杓型血压节律的老年高血压病患者的动脉弹性功能减退发生率高于杓型血压节律患者(P<0.05)。
