生物芯片技术在胰腺癌研究中的应用现状 被引量:1

Current status of using bio-chip technology in pancreatic cancer research

摘要 胰腺癌是一种恶性程度极高的消化道恶性肿瘤,发病率在国内外均呈上升趋势[1,2].数十年来,尽管很多胰腺病工作者致力于胰腺癌基础与临床的研究,但其预后仍然很差,死亡率与生存率一直没有得到明显改善.胰腺癌发病分子机制广泛、深入的研究,寻求胰腺癌易感性标记物(一级预防)与特异性标记物(早期诊断、特异性治疗靶点)等是有效地防治胰腺癌、改善其预后的关键.耗资30亿美元的人类基因组计划(human genome project,HGP)草图的完成[3,4]与高通量基因、蛋白及组织等分析工具--生物芯片(biochip)技术的问世[5,6]使得胰腺癌的研究进入了信息化、系统化时代,出现了一个崭新的局面.
