论高等教育依附性与独立性之矛盾

On the Conflicts between Dependency and Independency in Higher Education

高等教育的依附性与独立性是高等教育发展中一组永恒的矛盾,且其内涵随着时代的变化而变化。随着高等教育越来越多地卷入到社会诸事务中,其依附地位不断加强而独立空间越来越窄,因此今天高等教育独立空间的拓展必须在深刻领会和把握其独立性内涵的基础上,寻求法律保障和加强组织制度建设,并把独立性的获得与社会责任统一起来。

There exists an eternal conflict between dependency and independency in higher education in the history of higher education, and their concepts varies from one period to another. The more higher education involves in the social affairs, the narrower its independent space becomes. Thus, the development of the independent space in higher education nowadays must be based on the deep understanding and grasping the concept of independency, seeking for the law guarantee, strengthening the institutional construction, connecting the wining of independency with the social accountabilities in higher education.
