The Evolution and Enlightenment of the University Academic Organizational Structure in Five Western Countries

大学学术组织结构经历了一个发展演化过程。直至20世纪60年代,五国大学学术组织多为形态单一的三级结构,此后,日益呈多样化发展趋势。这一过程显示:大学学术组织结构的演进具有组织发展的一般特征而又独具特点;社会环境、权力结构、组织规模等因素对大学学术组织结构有重要影响;大学学术组织结构正向多样化灵便化信息化方向发展。

The university academic organizational structure saw a process of development and evolution. Until 1960s, the academic organizational structures in western five countries are mainly triadic structure with single form. From then on, the development tendency becomes more and more diverse. This process shows that the evolution of the academic organizational structures have the features that the structures have in the development as weal as have its own character. The factors, such as the environment of society, the structure of power, the scale of the organization etc, have great influence on the academic organizational structure. And this structure is developing towards variety, agility, and informativeness.
