摘要
分别以齐鲁石化和扬子石化吸附分离装置混合二甲苯为原料、对二乙苯为解吸剂,对国产RAX-2000A型对二甲苯吸附剂进行3.2L小型模拟移动床评价实验。通过调整装置区域回流比,优化操作工艺参数,考察RAX-2000A型对二甲苯吸附剂的吸附分离性能和各区回流比操作范围。实验结果表明,在100%进料负荷下,以齐鲁石化高乙苯含量的混合C8芳烃为原料时,对二甲苯产品的纯度大于等于99.6%,收率大于92%;以扬子石化混合C8芳烃为原料时,对二甲苯产品的纯度大于等于99.7%,收率大于97%。国产RAX-2000A型对二甲苯吸附剂的性能能够满足工业运行要求。
Adsorption Stripping of C8 aromatics mixture was carried out on RAX -2000A p - xylene(PX) adsorbent in 3.2 L simulated moving bed. Two kinds of C8 aromatics feedstocks (from Yangzi and Qilu petrochemical complex )were tested, p -Diethylbenzene was used as desorbent. Zone reflux ratios, the key operation parameters, should be carefully adjusted which determined the achievement of good separation. Purity and yield of PX product were more than 99.7% and 97% with Yangzi feedstock, respectively. And for Qilu feedstock, which contained higher concentration ethylbenzene, purity and yield of PX product were more than 99.6% and 92%. Performance of the adsorbent could meet commercial demand.
