摘要
将遗传算法应用到零件特征加工方法决策过程中,得到满足生产要求的最优或接近最优的加工方法。首先根据工艺知识和加工要求,将每一种加工方法表示成遗传空间的染色体,进行基因编码。然后重点进行了适应度函数的设计,提出了贴近度和最大背离值等概念,并研究了相应的算法。通过实例介绍了利用GA进行加工方法决策的过程。克服了常规决策中失误带来的决策误差,优化了工艺设计,提高了决策的智能化。
Genetic algorithm (GA) was applied to a decision-making of process and an optimal or nearoptimal processsing approach for the production requirements was obtained. According to the technological knowledge and designing requirement of a component, each processing method was expressed as a gene chromosome and a new sort of fitness function was analyzed and defined. Conceptions named “nearness” and “the main deviations” were defined, and their corresponding arithmetices was studied. When genetic algorithm was applied to a decision-making process, it will eliminate the errors appeared in a common decision-making process.
