摘要
针对现行锥齿轮误差测量中存在的问题,提出了新的测量方法——误差分离法,即利用齿面粘贴金属丝制作特殊标准齿轮测定锥齿轮的误差。阐述了该方法的原理,分析误差来源并通过实验对该方法的可行性加以验证。
A new method was put forward to measure errors of bevel gear and a corresponding measuring device was developed. The advantage of this device is that it can conveniently measure almost all the errors, such as tangential composite error, tangential tooth-to-tooth composite error, radial composite error, total cumulative pitch error, total alignment error, and so on. The principle of this approach was given and the error source of this method was investigated and analyzed by experiments.
