摘要
针对热轧车轮在线热态检测中关键的热变形问题,建立了热轧车轮的导热微分方程并对其进行了有限元格式求解。使用有限元方法分析了热轧车轮的热应力和热变形历程,得到了待求热轧车轮尺寸相应的热变形系数。试验结果与理论分析基本吻合。
The thermal deformation is a key problem in measuring a roll steel. A heat transfer quation was set up and solved by the FE method. The courses of thermal stress and thermal deformation were analyzed by the FE method and the coefficients of thermal deformation for the wheel dimensions were obtained. The results from the experiment are accordant with those from theoretical analysis.
