摘要
通过采用内电解—气浮—水解酸化—SBR工艺对伊顿流体动力(济宁)有限公司机械加工废水进行处理的工程实例,总结了系统的设计、调试和对运行的体会。根据实测,在进水CODCr为1 500 ̄3 000 mg/L条件下,经该系统处理,出水清澈透明,水质指标均达到GB 8978—1996中的一级标准,符合南水北调水质要求。出水CODCr均在60 mg/L以下,去除率达到97%以上。
The mechanical processing wastewater of Eaton hydraulics system(Jining) Co., LTD. is treated by “inner electrolysis-aeration-hydrolyzation & acidification-SBR” technology. Some experiences in design, test and operation of wastewater treatment system are summarized. According to actual instances, after the inletting water (CODcr 1 500-3 000 mg/L) is treated by this system, the clear yielding water quality reaches the primary standard of GB 8978-1996 and agrees to the requirements of South-to-North water transfer. The CODcr of all yielding water is under 60 mg/L, and removal ratio of CODcr is above 97%.
