摘要
微波功率模块由于其结合了固态电子技术和真空电子技术的最新发展成果，具有体积小、功率高、效率高和噪声相对较低等优点。本文对微波功率模块进行了介绍，基于其理论，叙述了混合微波功率模块的设计。
