青少年手淫者不同认知状况对心身健康的影响

Effects of attitude toward masturbation on mental hygiene in the teenagers masturbator

采用 SCL—90和自编的手淫行为问卷对341名14～19岁中学生所进行的对照研究发现:1.手淫组(n=103)SCL—90评分显著高于对照组(n=238)。2.手淫组认为手淫有害心身健康、是下流和病态行为者显著多于对照组,并倾向克制和压抑手淫冲动。3.回归分析发现,手淫组精神痛苦水平依次取决于:是否认为手淫有害、手淫后是否后悔、是否需要经常克制手淫冲动以及克制是否成功。结果表明,手淫对青少年心身健康可能存在负面影响;这种影响并不是来自手淫本身,而可能是通过手淫者对手淫行为不恰当的认知评价、应付方式及伴随的负性情绪反应而发挥的。

Using SCL-90 and questionaire on masturbation designed by the authors,the effects of attitude towand masturbation on mental hygiene in teengers were stud ied.The subjects were 341 high school students (age 14～19 years,male 179,female 162)who were divided into two groups.Significant high scores of SCL-90 were observed in experienced group (n=103) as com- pared with non-experienced group(n=238).In the experienced group,stepwise regression analysis re vealed that the significant factors which related to the total score of SCL-90 arc:negative attitude toward masturbation,suppression of their impulses,failure of suppression,and self-blame for their masturbation. our findings suggest that inappropriate attitude toward masturbation would produce an untoward effect for mental and physical condition in the youth.Sociocultur- al tradition may play an important role in this situa- tion.
