摘要
本文介绍了一种适用于原发性高血压病的血流动力学信息生物反馈技术及其临床初步应用。它使厢一个光电脉波传感器检测指尖血管容积变化,并通过数学模型计算出每搏心输出量(SV),外周阻力(R),动脉顺应性(Co)和心率(HR),选取其中明显偏离正常值和出现显著波动的信息进行生物反馈调控训练。对一组原发性高血压病人治疗,降压效果显著,学习操作容易,优于皮温生物反馈。
This paper introduces a new technique of hemody- namic biofeedback training which is mainly used to treat essential hypertension.A reflectance photo- plethysmography sensor was used to pick up the pulse signal from fingertip noninvasively.After amplifying and filtering,the pulse signal was digitized with an A' D converter AD574 and processed preliminarily in a MCS-51 single chip-computer system,Then the data were transfered to an IBM PC computer throuth RS- 232 series port and there the Srtoke Volume(SV).total peripheral Resistance(R).artery Compliance(Co)and Heart Rate(HR)were calculated,All of the four pa- rameters were displayed on the screen as visual feed- back signasl.A speaker was used to generate audio feedback signal,SV.R.Co and HR can be recorded in the form of curves with a plotter.This technigue has been applied to a group of hypertension patients,the result showed that both of the systolic and diastolic pressure could be reduced significantly.
