神经降压素在应激性胃溃疡中的作用及对胃运动的影响

Effect of neurotensin on stress-induced gastric ulcers and gastric motitity in rats

本研究选用健康雄性 Wistar 大鼠20只,采用脑室微量注射方法,观察神经降压素在浸水应激性胃溃疡中的作用及可能机制。结果表明:(1)侧脑室注射神经降压素,大鼠应激性胃溃疡的产生明显减轻(P<0.01)。(2)侧脑室注射神经降压素,在大鼠应激性胃溃疡产生明显减轻的同时,其胃收缩运动明显减弱(P<0.01)。以上结果提示:神经降压素对胃粘膜细胞有保护作用,这种效应可能部分通过减弱胃收缩运动而实现的。

The effect of neurotensin(NT) was studied by the means of microiinjection of ventriculus lateralis on stress-induced gastric ulcers in 20 male wistar rats. The results were as follows:(1)The stress-induced gastric ulcer were significantly alleviated by injection NT into ventriculus lateralis(P<0.01).(2)After the injection of NT by ventricle,the gastric motility was significantly decreased while the stress-induced gastric ulcers were weakened(P<0.01).the results indicate that NT has protective effect on gastric mucosal cells. and the effect may be related to decrease gastric motili- ty.
