某些消化道癌的发生与生长激素、行为类型及社会支持的关系研究

对202例消化道癌的发生与生长激素、行为类型及社会支持等研究表明:消化道癌的发生与生物因素的生长激素、家庭史及过度疲劳有关;与心理因素的人际关系紧张、精神压力、A 型行为及竞争意识有明显联系;与社会因素的城乡、社会支持缺乏及低文化程度关系密切;与不良行为也有一定关联。由此可见,消化道癌的发生与多种因素共同作用,并产生联合效应所致。

Study on the relationship between 202 cases of di- gestive tract carcinoma,and growth hormone(GH),be- havior pattern and social support showed that the de- velopment of digestive tract carcinoma was related to the biological factor G.H.family history and excessive fatigue,obvi-ously related to factors such as psycho logic tension of interpersonal relationship.heavy stress,type A behavior.and violent competition close- ly:and also related closely to social factor such as town or village dweller.lack of social support and low cultural degree:and somewhat related to unhealthy be- haviour.Above data indicated that the pathogenesis of digestive tract carci-noma is a comprehensive effect consisting of polyf-actors.
