探讨工作笔记法对新护士评判性思维能力的影响 被引量：11

摘要 评判性思维是发现问题、解决问题的基础,是护士能够成功运用护理程序所必须具备的思维技巧.由于受我国传统的灌输式教育方法的影响,极大部分护士都习惯于惯性思维,致使在工作中不能及时发现问题,且解决问题的方法往往比较单一.为探讨工作笔记法对新护士评判性思维能力的影响,我们于2003年8月～2004年9月,对刚毕业的大、中专护士采用以问题为本学习(problem based learning,PBL)方式记工作笔记,以培养新护士评判性思维能力,收到一定效果,现报道如下.
