摘要
粮食干燥是一个大时滞、多干扰的强非线性系统,仅依靠手动控制已不能满足国家对储备粮含水率14%±0.5%的要求。为了解决目前控制系统中水分传感器的性能受外界环境影响较大以及烘后水分不均等问题,开发了一种新型粮食烘干机过程控制系统,介绍了它的原理、性能、特点及使用效果。
Grain drying process has the feature of major time stagnation and varietal interference nonlinear system and a manual control algorithm couldn't safisfied the requirment of moisture content within 14% ±0.5% for storage grain by national grain depots. A new process control system for grain dryers was developed to solve the problem of uneven drying in a common grain dryer.
