摘要
经过多年的深入研究,攻克了莜麦(裸燕麦)花培出愈率低、成苗难的技术难关.采用降低激素用量、添加活性炭,提高出愈率;对愈伤组织实施早期状态调控;对幼苗分化采取不同激素与生长素的适宜配置比等一系列措施和方法,使莜麦的花药出愈率大幅度提高,幼苗分化率达到82.9%.在此基础上育成了世界上第一个采用花培单倍体技术培育的莜麦新品种“花中21号”.
Having been researched thoroughly for many years, the technical problems such as lower rate of callus formation of Avena Nuda" flower breeding and seedling growing difficulties are overcome. In order to raise the rate of callus formation of Avena Nuda" anther, the methods of reducing the amount of hormone and adding active carbon are adopted. Adjusting and controlling the callus in its early state, applying proper compound proportion of different hormone and auxin to young seeding differentiation can improve the percentage of callus formation of Avena Nuda" anther greatly. The rate of young seeding differentiation will reach to 89. 2%. On the basis of the experiment, the first new variety of Avena Nuda Huazhong 21 in the world is bred by using anther haploid breeding technique.
