自1996年全国实行监理制以来,建设监理取得了大范围的实施,收到了明显的成效.但是我国的监理业无论在理论上还是在实践上都存在着问题,要克服这些问题,政府必须从分析监理形势、监理责任、监理队伍素质、加强监理的监督管理等方面进一步完善我国的监理制度,保证工程建设的顺利实施.

Since 1996 the supervision regulation had been implimented comprehensively in china, construction supervision has been puts into practice in a large scope, and received obvious effect. But some problems still exist in the supervision work in our country whether in theory or practice. To overcome these problemses, the government must improve the superivision system further in quarters of Supervision responsibility, the quality of supervision staff and management of supervision work by analyzing supervision situation. In this way the supervision managencent can be inhanced and the construction can be carried out successfully.
