吉兰-巴雷综合征的临床和神经肌电图分析

ANALYSIS OF CLINIC AND ELECTROMYOGRAM ON FORTY CASES WITH GUILLAIN - BARRE SYNDROME

目的:探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征的临床和神经肌电图特点。方法:总结40例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者的临床表现、腰穿脑脊液检查和神经肌电图检查结果。结果:本组40例吉兰-巴雷综合征患者中有23例(57.5%)有明显前驱因素,临床表现为对称性肢体运动和感觉障碍;19例伴颅神经损害(47.5%);脑脊液蛋白量波动较大,腰穿32例可见蛋白细胞分离(94.1%);33例神经肌电图检测病例中均以周围神经脱髓鞘为主要特点,少数合并有轴索损害。结论:神经肌电图检测在吉兰-巴雷综合征诊断中起着重要的作用,对于吉兰-巴雷综合征的诊断及预后具有重要价值。

Objective： To Discuss the characteristics of clinic and electromyogram of Guillain- Barré syndrome. Methods： The clinical manifestation, results of cerebrospinal fluid, results of elcctromyogram of forty cases were summarized. Results： Obvious cause was found in 23 cases （57.5%）, clinical manifestation were symmetric motor and sensitive obstructions in libs, brain nerves were damaged in 19 cases （47.5%）, the fluctuation of albumen quantities of cerebrospinal fluid was bigger, the separation of cells and albumens were found in 32 cases （ 94. 1% ） , demyelination of peripheral nerves was maior specialties in 33 cases of electromyogram examinations, damages incorporated of axons were in few cases. Conclusion： electromyogram examinations had important effects and values in diagosis and prognosis of Guillain - Barré syndrome.
