Selection of Participation Forms of Human Capital in Income Distribution

摘要 在指出了人力资本参与收入分配必要性的基础上,分析了工资和福利、利润分享、斯坎伦计划、年薪制、人力资本入股和股票期权等人力资本参与收入分配的形式,并给出了选择方法。 Bases on the analysis of the necessity of human capital participates in income distribution, analyses the forms of that, such as salary and welfare, profit-sharing, Scanlon Plan, yearly payment system, human capital appraised as capital stock and stock options. The selecting methods of human capital participate in income distribution are provided.
