主要通过扫描电镜、电子探针对40Cr钢的疲劳损伤过程进行显微组织及成分分布分析·研究了疲劳裂纹萌生的位置、形状、扩展过程和扩展途径,确定出了微裂纹开始形成时的循环次数·发现裂纹易于在铬的富集区及铬的碳化物处萌生·
Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Electron Probe Microanalysis (EPMA) analyze the microstructure and the composition distribution of 40Cr steel in the fatigued damage process. The original locations, the shape and the way for the growth of the fatigue micro-cracks are studied. The loading cycles for the initial formation of the micro cracks is conformed. It is found that fatigue micro-cracks initiate easily at the rich-chromium clusters and the chromic carbide.
