摘要
针对某型航空发动机发生的涡轮转子叶片和轮盘榫齿裂纹故障,应用大型结构分析程序Ansys对该叶片和轮盘进行了接触应力、振动特性及低循环疲劳寿命的计算分析,并针对各种可能的公差组合对榫头和榫齿喉部应力的影响进行了分析;根据计算结果找出并分析了故障发生的原因。
In view of the crack failures in turbine blade and disk serration of an aeroengine, the contact stresses, vibration characteristics and LCF life are calculated by using the structural analysis program Ansys. The effects of stresses on tenon and serration throat are analyzed for several possible tolerance combinations. According to the calculation results, failure sources are found and analyzed.
