Synthesis of 1-benzyl-3-butyl-2-thiohydantoin on soluble polymer support

用二氯甲烷作溶剂,以聚乙二醇(PEG3400)作为可溶性聚合物载体,溴乙酰溴和胺作为连接体,在异硫氰酸苯酯的作用下合成1-苯基-3-丁基-2-硫代海因.该产物产率高,反应过程可用常规手段检测,十分便利.

1 - Benzyl - 3 - butyl - 2 - Thiohydantoin were prepared in CH2Cl2 using poly（ethylene glycol） as soluble polymer support,bromoacetyl bromide and amine as linkers,phenyl isothiolyanate as reaetant. It received good yields,and the reaction process was readily monitored by conventional analytie way.It was easy in work-up.
