湖北省城市化过程中耕地资源转用效率分析

Analysis on the efficiency of the transferring use of the cultivated land resource in Hubei province in the development of urbanization

为了全面理解城市化过程中耕地资源的配置效率及其动态过程,文章在揭示了城市化过程中耕地转用的过程之后,应用边际分析的原理和方法,对湖北省城市化过程中的耕地转用效率进行了评价.结果表明其耕地转用效率出现波动性变化,并随考察的角度不同而变化,在此基础上提出了提高城市化过程中耕地资源配置效率的建议.

In order to understand collocation efficiency and its dynamic change in the course of urbanization ,firstly briefly explains the transferring path of the cultivated land. Secondly discusses the evaluation on the efficiency of the changing use of the cultivated land during the urbanization with marginal analysis and draws a conclusion that there are different going of the transition efficiency in different quantum. Lastly, on the basis of it, some suggestions as to how to increase the collocation efficiency of the changing use of cultivated land are put forward.
