摘要
通过对优秀男子赛艇运动员和一般赛艇运动员在递增负荷运动过程中气体代谢的比较研究发现,运动开始时优秀运动员肺通气机能动员速度快于一般运动员;中等强度时,优秀组摄氧量(VO2)增加速度减缓;大负荷运动时,一般组呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)迅速增加;力竭时优秀组VO2、HR、氧脉搏(VO2/HR)均高于一般组.
This study compared the gasous metabolism of elite young rowers with common rowers during the incremental exercise. The results indicated that the motivating speed of the elite rowers'respiratory function is faster than the common rowers in the beginning of exercise. During the medium intensity exercise, the increasing speed of VO2 of elite rowers is slowly. In the period of great intensity exercise , the increasing speed of RR and HR of common rowers is faster than the elite rowers. At time of exhausted , the absolute value of VO2, HR and VO2/HR of elite rowers are significantly higher than that of common rowers.
