摘要
人才开发一体化是长三角一体化的有机组成部分,它为长三角一体化提供了必要的智力支持和人才保证。本文全面地分析了长三角人才开发一体化的现状,在此基础上展望了长三角人才开发一体化的四大趋势,即从单向流动向双向流动转变、从刚性流动向柔性流动转变、从行政推动向市场推动转变、从单赢思维向多赢思维转变。最后,笔者还指出了长三角人才开发一体化亟待解决的问题,包括树立人才共享理念、破除人才流动壁垒以及如何围绕经济结构变迁。
Talent-development integration is a main part of the Yangtse River Delta integration, which provides intellect support and insurance. This paper analyses the actuality of the Yangtse River Delta integration. On this basis, we summarize four trends in talent-development integration of the Yangtse River Delta. There are talent shift chang from one-way to intercommunion way, from hard shift to flexible shift, from administrative guide to marketing guide, from uni-win thought to multi-win thought. Finally, the author points out some urgent problems that should be solved timely, including formation of talent-sharing thought, eradication of talent shift impediment and surrounding of economic structure transition.
