关于上海市外向型干部培养和使用情况的调查报告

Survey of the Training & Use of Cadres of Outward Type in Shanghai

本调查报告在由中共上海市委组织部干部教育处提供的1993年至2005年5 月的相关资料及课题组所进行问卷调查和当面采访所作纪录的基础上,对近13年来上海市外向型干部的培养和使用情况进行了调查和研究。通过从层级、性别、年龄、派出国家、行业、使用情况和培训方向等各个方面的分析,论述了上海市在这方面所取得的主要成绩,在此基础上总结了外向型干部培养和使用的基本经验,并针对当前上海的新形势和干部队伍的具体情况,从指导思想、工作方针和具体设想三个方面对外向型干部的培养和使用提出了建议。

On the basis of the relevant materials from 1993 to May 2005, questionnaires and interviews, this research group surveyed and investigated the past-13-years＇ training and use of cadres of outward type in Shanghai. With the analyses of those eadres＇ ranks, genders, ages, jobs, foreign countries they were sent to, and training and use of eadres of outward type, the research group demonstrates Shanghai＇s main achievements in this respect, summarizes main experienee in training and use. of eadres of outward type; and this research group puts forward suggestions eoneeming guiding ideas, policies and workable ways in training and use of eadres of outward type.
