摘要
为了给自己的礼学思想提供一个坚实的理论基础,荀子从人性论与天道观两个方面对礼学的形上学依据进行了系统的论证。在人性论方面,他以“性伪之分”为逻辑起点,以“性伪合”为理论归宿,论证了礼的必要性、可能性及其产生的人性根源。在天道观方面,他以“天人之分”为理论依据,论证了礼在人类社会中的核心价值,并以天道与人道的统一性为理论依据,建立了礼的超越性和绝对性基础。
In order to present solid theoretical basis, natural law. Xunzi demonstrated the rites'necessity, Xunzi gave a systematic demonstration to nature and possibility and the roots of human nature. In natural law he proved that rites play a core role in the human society. In addition, he established the transcendence and absoluteness of rites on the basis of unity between natural law and human law.
