抗癌散对肿瘤细胞的作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了观察抗癌散中各提取部位在体外对人体肿瘤细胞的作用,利用MTT测定法观察从抗癌散中提取的乙醇部位、多糖部位、乙酸乙酯部位、石油醚部位、正丁醇部位、挥发油部位对肿瘤细胞的影响。结果证明正丁醇部位对HGC细胞和A549细胞的抑制率最大;Hela细胞随着用药浓度的增大,石油醚部位抗癌效果显著增强,正丁醇和挥发油部位在浓度为50μg/mL和100μg/mL时都很有效。 In order to study the ability of distilled position of Kangaisan (in Chinese)on inhibiting the proliferation of cancer cells, the methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) colorimetric assay was used to observe the effect of kangaisan on cancer cells. The results demonstrated that the effects to hela cell of the PE position were enhanced as concentration increased. Three positions suh as n-BuOH, PE and Volatile oils can effectively inhibit the proliferation of cancer cells.
