摘要
基于硅酸盐水泥熟料在回转窑内煅烧过程热平衡和物料平衡基本理论,建立起回转窑内燃烧模型。通过对回转窑煅烧过程中相关气体和固体的比热进行回归计算,建立和引用与温度相关的数学模型,提高了模拟计算的精确度。模拟推导出回转窑内燃烧火焰最高温度,并在实际生产过程中得到了验证,模拟计算结果与实际生产过程有较好的拟合度。
With the heat and mater balances method, the specific heat of gas and solid in the clinkering process was statistically regressed. And a mathematical model was put forward, with which the burning temperature in rotary kiln can he exactly calculated. The flame temperature calculated with the model function was corresponding with the testing result.
