摘要
采用薄层扫描法测定了冬凌草叶中冬凌草甲、乙素的含量.结果表明:线性范围内冬凌草甲素的相关系数r=0.999,回收率为98.54%,RSD=1.41%;冬凌草乙素的相关系数r=0.999,回收率为98.07%,RSD=1.35%.本研究表明,生长在济源太行山区8月份的冬凌草叶中冬凌草甲、乙素的含量相对最高.
To study the determination method of oridonin and ponicidin in the leaves of Rabdosia rubescens. A TLCS method was used to determine the content. The method was linear with the correlation coefficient of oridosin was 0. 999. The average recovery was 98.54% ,the relative standard deviation was 1.41 % and the correlation coefficient of ponicidin was 0. 999, The average recovery was 98.07 % , the relative standard deviation was 1.41% . This method was proved to be simple, precise and sensitive and with good repetition property. It can be used to the quality control of Rabdosia rubescens. The results show that the content of oridonin and ponicidin in the leaves of Rabdosia rubescens, which grows in August in Jiyuan county area, is relatively the highest.
