CYP2C9基因多态性与肺癌的危险度关系初探 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨细胞色素P450 2C9(CYP2C9)基因多态性与肺癌易感性的关系.方法用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法分析56例肺癌(肺癌组)和42例健康人群(对照组)AvaⅡ、Nsi Ⅰ识别的CYP2C9基因型.结果突变型CYP2C9*3基因发生频率在肺癌组中为8.93%,高于对照组的4.76%,差异未达显著性(P>0.05),肺癌组与对照组比OR值为1.96(95%的可信区间为0.63~10.33);肺癌组、对照组均未检测出突变型CYP2C9*2基因型.结论本研究未发现突变型CYP2C9*3基因型与肺癌的显著性联系. Objective To evaluate the relationship between the polymorphism of genes CYP2C9 and the susceptibility to lung cancer. Methods The patients with lung cancer (LC group, n = 56) diagnosed clinically or/and cytologically were selected. And the control group(n =42) were also selected from the same areas. The genotype frequencies of Ava Ⅰ and Nsi Ⅱ were analysed with Polymerase Chain Reaction-Restriction Fragment length Polymorphlism (PCR-RFLP) in the LC group and the control group. Results The mutation genotype of CYP2C9^*3 was found in LC group (8.93%) , which was not significantly higher than that in the control group (4. 76 % ), and the OR = 1.96 ( 95 % CI = 0. 63 - 10.33 ). The mutation genotype of CYP2C9^* 2 was not found in both the LC group and the control group. Conclusion There was no association between the mutation genotype of CYP2C9^* 3 and the susceptibility of lung cancer in this study.
