摘要 采用不同浓度的红、黄、蓝三原色分散染料高温染色蓄能型夜光丝,测试染色后夜光丝的发光强度,分析染液浓度、染料类型、K/S值对发光性能的影响。研究结果表明,染色后由于染料分子的遮盖作用,夜光丝的发光亮度有所下降,应尽可能选择中、低温型分散染料染色。在三原色染色时,随着K/S值的增加,染色夜光丝的发光强度减弱。 A series of experiments about accumulating luminous fiber were done. The fibers were dyed with red, yellow and blue dyes of different consistency, and their brightness were tested after dyeing. The relationships between brightness and dye solutions of different concentration, dyes of different types, and the K/S values of dyed luminous fibers were analyzed. As a result, the brightness of luminous fiber was decreased after dyeing, because of coverage of dyes molecular, so middle and low temperature type disperse dyes should be selected. The brightness of dyed luminous fiber was also decreased along with the increase of K/S value during trichromatic dyeing.
