摘要
研究了聚铝铁硅高分子絮凝剂对涂料、分散染料等印染废水的处理效果;分析了聚铝铁硅絮凝剂用量、废水pH值和废水浓度等因素对絮凝效果和废水沉降速度的影响.试验结果表明,当聚铝铁硅絮凝剂中铝∶铁∶硅=10 ∶ 7 ∶ 0.3,摩尔浓度为0.36 mol/L,用量为75~100 mg/kg时,对分散染料和涂料具有更好的絮凝脱色效果,投加2 h后脱色率可达90 %;废水pH值在5~6时,有利于提高处理效果.
This paper studied treatment effect of poly(aluminum/ferric/silicon) polymer flocculants to disperse dye and pigment effluents. The influence of poly (aluminum/ferric/silicon) flocculants such as concentration and dosage, pH value and concentration of wastewater on flocculating property and settlement speed of wastewater was investigated. The result showed that, poly (aluminum/ferric/silicon) flocculant has better flocculating effect. Under the condition of aluminum :ferric : silicon = 10 :7 : 0.3,concentration 0.36 mol/L, dosage 75 ~ 100 mg/kg, the rate of decoloring reached 90% after 2 hours. Meanwhile, the pH value of wastewater was 5~6.
