摘要
经编防护网产品的生产流程包括母粒的制造、原料的准备、整经、编织和整理。文中给出了经斜编链、经绒编链、变化经平编链、衬纬变化经缎、衬纬编链这五种组织的防护网的生产工艺。对这五种织物进行了拉伸断裂、抗撕裂、抗顶破、耐磨和抗冲击等机械性能的测试,并作了数据分析。阐述了防护网在建筑和农业上的应用,结合最终用途分析了各个领域的防护网应选择的经编网眼组织。
The production flow of warp knitted protective net includes manufacture of master batch, preparation of raw material, beaming, warp knitting and finishing. This paper introduced the knitting technology of shaker stitch/chain, cord stitch/chain, modified tricot/ chain, weft inserting/modified Vandyke stitch and weft inserting/chain. And experiments of tensile, tearing, bursting, wearing and im- pact were made to the five kinds of fabrics, and the experimental data were analyzed. In addition, this paper introduced the applica- tions of the knitted protective nets in construction and agriculture, and discussed the appropriate warp knitted net structures for differ- ent final use
