不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术在脑梗死患者中的应用

Off- pump coronary artery bypass grafting in cerebral infarction patients

目的探讨不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术在治疗合并脑梗死冠心病患者中的安全性。方法总结了2002年2月～2004年5月9例合并脑梗死冠心病患者不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术的经验。结果该组患者术后无死亡,术后4d复查头颅CT梗塞面积无增大,无头痛、呕吐、饮水呛咳、肢体偏瘫、失语和偏盲等。2例术后出现房颤,1例下肢取血管处伤口感染,心绞痛症状缓解,心功能明显恢复,痊愈出院。结论不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术对脑梗死患者是一种安全、有效的治疗措施。可以明显降低术后脑血管意外的发生,提高病人生活质量。

[Objective] To study the safety of off-pump coronary artery bypass grarting （OPCAB） in patients with cerebral infarction. [Methods] From Feb. 2000 to May 2004, nine patients with chronic cerebral infarction underwent OPCAB. Postoperative cerebral complications were analyses and all patients were checked by CT scan postoperatively. [Resurts] Postoperative course was uneventful in all patients. There were no any symptoms including headache, vomit, hemipegia, alogia, hemiopia on postoperative. CT scan on the fourth postoperatively day showed that the chronic in farction areas were not increased and no new infarction was found. [Conclusions] OPCAB is a safe and effective method for natients with chronic carebral infarction.
