摘要
介绍了虚拟仪器技术及其软件、硬件的组成,以浮动主轴为研究对象,利用图形化虚拟仪器编程软件LabVIEW对振动信号进行自动采集、数据处理、结果显示,实现了振动信号的实时采集和分析。
This paper presents the general concept an architecture of virtual instruments. Based on the graphical virtual instrument programming platform, the authors develop the application programs of the Float-Spindle vibration measurement. Automatic acquisition of vibration signal in LabVIEW virtual instrument development windows is introduced, as well as data handling and result display. Real-time acquisition of vibration signal is realized.
