琼花种子萌发特性的研究

Study on the Germination of Viburnum macrocephalum Seeds

对影响琼花种子萌发的播种时间、贮藏方式、播种深度、播种基质进行了研究。结果表明,干藏种子播种期越早,发芽率越高,播种期迟于6月种子就无法萌发;种子仅在秋季萌发;室温沙藏、浅播、蛭石为播种基质的种子发芽率最高。

The sowing date, storage treatment, sowing depth, substrates in seed germination of Viburnum macrocephalum were studied. The results showed that the germination rate of dry seed is high when sowing early. Seeds cannot germinate when sowing late after June and it only germinate in autumn. Storage in sand at room temperature, sowing shallow and vermiculite, which can get maximal germination rate of seeds.
