澜沧县糯扎渡乡境内建设大型水电站给当地少数民族带来的影响

The influence of building large hydroelective power station in Nuozadu district, Lancang County on the local minority

随着经济的快速发展,大湄公河次区域澜沧等地区少数民族社会、文化和经济正经历着显著变化。本文主要对国家即将兴建的澜沧江第一大电站———糯扎渡电站,可能给当地少数民族带来的影响为主线,结合思澜公路的开通,国家一级口岸思茅港等一系列重大项目的建设,在迅速地改变着已有上百年历史的传统文化。通过即将被水库淹没的几个村寨的实地调查了解,提出这种全球化的冲击和影响在给该地带来发展机遇的同时也带来了诸多问题,并就如何解决和应对这些问题作了探讨和建议。

This article combining with the opening of Silan high way, the building ot Simao port and some other great projects, discusses the possible influence on the local minority nationalities of Nuozadu hydroelective power station which is the largest one on the Lancang river and is going to be built. The author thinks that all these projects have changed rapidly the traditional culture of nearly one hundred years of the district. Through the practical investigation of the villages which are going to be submerged there, the author believes that the impact of such kind of globalization is bring both opportunities of development and problems to the district. Therefore, he gives his answer to solve the problems.
