96例犬子宫蓄脓病例诊断研究

Study on diagnoses of 96 cases of canine pyometra

2001.3～2004.11期间对南京地区的96例犬子宫蓄脓病例进行了诊断研究。结果表明:红细胞压积(PCV)为(47±8.5)%,白细胞数(WBC)为(27316.67±15856.08),核左移;谷丙转氨酶(ALT)(40.91±4.16)U/L、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)(152.374±116.17)U/L、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)(10.654±3.89)U/L、肌酐(CRE)(148.23±60.9)mmol/L、甘油三酯(TIG)(0.731±0.46)mmol/L、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)(1.94±0.76)g/L,与正常犬相比较均差异显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01);发病年龄平均为7.47岁,发病时距最后一次发情时间平均为5.7周。发病时出现精神沉郁,食欲不振,腹部膨大,阴道分泌物,烦渴,多尿,夜尿症,呕吐和腹泻等为常见临床症状;小型品种犬发病率为70.8%;X射线摄影对该病诊断成功率达95.4%。犬子宫蓄脓多发生于小型品种的老年犬,WBC增加,核左移,伴发肝、肾功能障碍。

During March 2001 to November 2004, 96 cases of canine pyometra from Nanjing aera were studied in order to explore the nosopoietic rule and clinical signs, and to enhance the therapeutic effect. Whole blood cell count was done according to the clinical protocol. Blood biochemical parameters were measured by EOS-BROVA biochemistry autoanalyzer. The morphology of uteri were evaluated by lateral abdominal radiography The results showed that the mean PCV was increased to （47±8.5）%, WBC was singnificantly increased to 27 316.67±15 856.08 and cell nuclei shifted to the left. The level of ALT, ALP, GGT, CRE, TG and HDL in the serum were all increased significantly. The average age of patients was 7.94 years. The interval time from latest oestrus to onset was 5.7 weeks in average. Pyometra may be accompanied with various of clinical signs, such as depression, anorexia, vaginal discharge, polydipsia, polyuria, nocturia, vomiting, diarrhea and so forth. Incidence of small type dogs was 70.8 % （68/96）. Accurate rate of diagnosis of radiography was 95.4 % （62/65）. Pyometra usually happened to the old dogs of small type with the clinical signs of WBC increasing, cell nuclei shifting to the left, nephric and liver dysfunction.
