锌对青花菜幼苗生长的影响 被引量:13

摘要 研究了不同锌浓度对砂培青花菜幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积、单株干重、叶绿素含量、光合强度等生长指标的影响,结果表明,锌浓度为0.05、5、10mg/L时青花菜幼苗生长较好,其中以10mg/L处理生长最好;0、50、100、200mg/L,锌浓度对青花菜幼苗生长不利。10mg/L锌浓度下生长的青花菜幼苗与缺Zn处理相比,叶绿素a、b含量分别提高32.78%、39.02%,株高增加10.01%,新生叶叶面积增大10.85%,光合速率提高45.81%,单株干重增加13.13%;与常规Zn浓度0.05mg/L相比,叶绿素a、b含量分别提高20.15%、27.72%,株高增加9.18%,新生叶叶面积增大13.10%,光合速率提高13.55%,单株干重增加5.00%。 The effects of different concentrations of Zn on growth indexes of broccoli seedling planted in sand, such as height, leaf areas, chlorophyll contents, Pn, etc, were studied. The results showed that 0.05, 5 and 10 mg/L Zn were benefit to broccoli growth, especially 10 mg/L. 0, 50, 100, 200 mg/L Zn were unfavorable for broccoli growth. The content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, seedling height, leaf areas Pn and dry weight of single seedling under 10 mg/L Zn treatment of zinc solution increased 32.78 %, 39.02 %, 10,01%, 10.85 %, 45.81% and 13.13 %, respectively, compared with the treatment without zinc. Compared with 0.05 mg/L zinc treatment, these indexes increased 20.15 %, 27.72 %, 9.18 %, 13.10 %, 13.55 % and 5.00 %, respectively.
