白粉菌寄生菌鉴定及形态学观察 被引量:7

摘要 对发生在自然条件下的白粉菌寄生真菌在室内进行了观察鉴定,结果表明,甘肃省发生在植物白粉菌上的寄生菌为白粉菌寄生菌(AmpelomycesquisqualisCes),其分生孢子器呈烧瓶状,具柄,分生孢子近球形,短杆状,表面光滑,没有任何纹蚀,大小为(5~8)×(3~3.5)μm。 The hyperparasite of powdery mildews on Rosa, spp., Arctium lappa and Quercus spp. were collected and identified as Ampelomyces quisqualis Ces. It was observed that a greater amount of the spores were produced under nature condition. As seen by SEM, the spores were smooth and bacilliform, subglobose, ovoid, ellipsoidal, the sizes of them were (4.5-8)×(3-3.5)μm. Under suitable condition, it could be used as biological control factor in management of powdery mildews on different plants.
