摘要
采用种子乳液聚合的方法,合成有机硅氧烷改性的丙烯酸酯复合乳液,并以此为核心材料,配制运动地板涂层,对涂层的各项性能进行了检测。结果表明涂层在耐磨、耐污和防滑性方面表现优异。采用纳米粒子对涂层表面的微观结构进行修饰,实现了对涂层静摩擦系数的可控性。经测定,该涂层的静摩擦系数为0.58。
Acrylate emulsion modified with organosiloxane was synthesized by way of seeded emulsion polymerization. Gym floor coat was prepared within this emulsion as base material and various properties of the coat were tested. Testing results showed that the coat was excellent in abrasion resistance, stain resistance and slip resistance, Nano particles were used to modify microstructure of coat surface so that controllability of static friction coefficient of the coat was realized. Testing proved its static friction coefficient to be 0.58.
