摘要
在所建立的水试压后输气管道的稳态清管模型基础上,从瞬态的角度出发,分析了清管球在管道内的运行规律,提出了相应的清管数学模型。根据数学模型和相应的数值计算方法,研制了水试压后输气管道的瞬态模拟分析软件Pigging。着重介绍了Pigging的流程、总体结构和功能设计。根据中国某气田的一条Φ558.8×12.7,总长约106 km的输气管道所提供的相关数据进行了模拟计算。其结果比较符合生产实际,可为任一输气管道的清管通球运行情况的预测和监测提供理论及计算依据。
A pig is used to clean out free water from long distance main gas pipeline after water pressure test. Then the steady-state model of pigging is developed according to the law of motion of the pig in pipeline. Based on the mathematical model mentioned above, a software PIGGING is developed, which aims at pigging steady calculation after water pressure test. The analog computation is carried out based on the data from a gas pipeline, which is 106 km in length and 558.8 mm in diameter, in an onshore gas field. The results indicate that if pigging velocity is given, the inlet pressure and flow rate obtained are variable and difficult to control in production. The suggestion is to analyze the pigging process with the transient model that is much more suitable to the production.
