摘要
从解决某一舰船联轴器的实际问题出发,提出了夹壳联轴器的一种设计改型方法。同时,按照该方法设计出一种改型的夹壳联轴器,并利用有限元软件ANSYS对联轴器稳态工作时的内部受力和应力集中问题进行了计算分析以及强度校核,验证了这种改型方法的可行性。
In order to solve the actual installation problem about the coupling used in a warship, the new design method of the clamp coupling is proposed in this paper. According to the new design idea, the creative coupling is designed. Then, the analysis and calculation about the inner stress and the centralizeed stress are carried out by using the finite elements software ANSYS. On the basis of the calculation result, the static intensity is verified, which proves the possibility of the new design method. If this coupling is used in the vessels, it will gave great facilities for the arrangement and overhaul of shafting.
