摘要
阐述了“05”表面质量与冷轧工作辊之间的相关性。冷轧工作辊的选材、表面处理和辊面缺陷的检测手段是提高汽车用深冲板“05”表面质量的必要条件。
The relatrionship between the quality of the surface of '05' steel plate and cold rolling work rolls is described in this paper. The selection of the material used in the work rolls, surface treatmert and the detection media for the defects in the surface of working rollers are of the necessities for us to improve the quality of the surface of the deep drawing steel plate '05' for Automobile.
